Literally just got back to London from a weekend of ice and snow in the countryside to realise that it is just as cold in London!! WHY!!??!! It's the middle of March!! As I write this I am huddled in a little Turkish cafe drinking a skimmed Americano squished up against their titchy little radiator! I need to pee but don't want to go because I'm scared of how cold it will be when I take my leggings down! Haha!
The weekend was nice, I spent some time visiting my granny who was very happy to see me, and the rest of the time giving her house a good clean for when she gets let out. We had to make her a bed downstairs until she has her chair lift fitted in the next few weeks. I really hope she gets better :(.
I got a voucher for new look that is 25% off and so we went to town yesterday and they didn't even have the "inspire range" (clothes for fat people) section! I was annoyed because I'm
Going to a party on Friday night and wanted something nice to wear. Then we went into Wallis and I saw the nicest striped dress. It was £30 and my mum even treated me because she thought it looked so nice :D
I'm quite a lucky girl, I suppose.

#EntrySeven- What a busy week!
Helloooo!
This week has been a crazy one, the party I went to on Saturday night was really fun and I managed not to drink TOOOOO much (but still a fair amount!) I had my training on tuesday and it was the hardest yet, I felt like (sorry for tmi, but it has to be said..) I was going to be sick, poop myself and pass out all at the same time! I have never felt so unwell! My trainer pushed me really hard and I managed to take on everything he threw at me (including skipping!!!). I felt really proud of myself afterwards and treated myself to a "full" english breakfast (see pic).
University was really crazy this week, I had a deadline due on thursday morning which I didnt start until the night before-when will i learn!? Anyway its all in now so hoping for the best. I think it came out quite well. My Mum has been in Suffolk with my Granny since Wednesday- she was having trouble breathing and was taken into hopsital and now they think that she actually had a heart attack! Anyway, shes doing well and I think she is recovering which is a relief. I really do love my Granny- she's 91! I will be going up to suffolk by train tomorrow morning to keep my mum company. Hopefully I'll be able to visit my Granny in hospital, but shes a proud old thing so I'll have to see how she is feeling.
As well as doing my personal training this week I went swimming today and did 50 lengths.. was very happy with myself and to be honest it wasnt even that difficult so I must be getting fitter. I came home and was laying on the couch and when I got up I felt an awful pain in my side. I freaked out a bit and called Healthier Weight emergency helpline and the lady said it was normal to feel a bit of pain after exercise. I shouldnt have worried really, I am only 9 weeks post op! It was just scary because I didnt know what it was and you certainly do hear some horrible stories! lol silly me!

#EntrySix-I BOUGHT A SIZE 18
Today was a bit of an up and down day, I had THE best sleep last night! I woke up at 5am in the same position I had gone to sleep in and then went back to sleep until half ten. I love days when I don't have uni in the morning!
I'm going to a party on Saturday night so after uni this afternoon I went to have a look to see if I could find a new dress to wear. Went into new look and chose a few, decided I would be cheeky and see if I could fit into a size 18 yet... And low and behold.... IT BLOODY FIT ME!! I was super happy. I don't think it really counts as being a real size 18 as I was in the "inspire range" (I. E clothes for fat people, LOL). But still, it put a smile on my face. Before my diet I was a 22 and fast approaching the 24 range. Such a relief that I will soon be able to wear pretty much anything. I always see such lovely clothes in shops but most shops only go up to an 18. I was looking around the skinny people's clothes and thinking about what kind of clothes I will be picking for myself this time next year :). I liked the size 18 dress and although I already have another dress that is similar I just had to buy it, it was a size 18, and it fit me :D.
Me and my sister started going swimming on Friday nights and afterwards as a reward we go for a low fat meal (like Turkish food- grilled meat and salad etc) but we won't be going tomorrow because she has a cold (I'm secretly quite pleased because my legs are still dying from my personal training) but have promised myself that I will go for a long fast walk instead. Can't wait for the weekend <3

#EntryFive- NoPainNoGain
MY BODY IS BROKEN!
Okay, okay, over exaggeration! I woke up this morning for uni and didn't feel too bad until I sat down on the loo. THE BURN IN MY THIGHS IS UNREAL!! It's so crazy how much it hurts from my workout, the stairs on the tube were agony! Maybe I'm just being a baby, but it gets easier than this, right?! Haha. I have to say, I did feel a certain air of proudness walking around Oxford St after my lecture with my achy body :D.
I met a friend for itsu (yummmm). So amazing how I love sushi now, I never really used to rate it until I had my band, and now we are best friends! So nice to know I can go and eat low fat food somewhere and know how many cals there are in what I am eating (all of their sushi and salads are on MFP, too).
Work was a bit of a drag today, felt like I was falling asleep, but the kid I work with was pretty tired too so we still made a good team. I came home and skinned some chicken legs and thighs and somehow managed to eat three chicken legs and two chicken thighs in about an hour :\. Thankfully I still didn't go over my daily cals which is good because I already feel quite guilty but my body must need the protein. My mums gone off to Suffolk again to see my granny for the rest of the week so I'm home alone again. House seems so big when its just me and the cats here!

#EntryFour- I'm alive (Just!)
Personal training today nearly KILLED me! It was way harder than last week. I think what we did was harder, but it was also harder because my body was still aching from last weeks session and the swimming. I still enjoyed it (once it was over, ha!) and feel proud that I managed to do everything dan asked of me. I don't like to come across as lazy or a quiter! I wasn't sure what to have for lunch afterwards (I knew salad wouldn't do the trick) so I made a kind of chicken and veg stir fry soup. It was so nice and I still have half of it for later. The whole lot came to 226 cals! I LOVE ZERO NOODLES! 8 cals for 200g is insane. They taste just like rice noodles but a bit springier. Having a long soak in the bath as I write this to try and relax my muscles a bit before work at three. Ah, no rest for the wicked!

#EntryThree
Yesterday was a long ass CRAZY day. I made the mistake of giving my sister a lift home from the super market so she wouldn't have to struggle with bags on the bus etc and as a result, I ended up driving around traffic in London for FOUR HOURS. Even worse, I hadn't eaten since about 10 and I didn't get to eat until 4.30 I felt like I was going crazy. Anyway, we were going to a friends birthday gathering in a pub near Russell square and I ordered a burger but just ate half of it and was stuffed (which is a good thing because I would have felt reaaaally guilty if I had managed to scoff the whole thing!). Monday again, need to get ready for work in a while. I work with a little boy who has cerebral palsy. He's in a wheelchair and is the best ten year old I know even though sometimes he can be a bit cheeky.

#EntryTwo-Owwww
So, this week has been exercise mad (well, for me anyway). I had my personal training last tues and I went swimming and swam 40 lengths last night which nearly killed me! My body is feeling it! To top it off- my swimming costume broke and my WHOLE towel fell into a big nasty puddle. Not such a great day. But I feel proud now. I had an angering day and it felt good to swim all my feelings out (gay...).
Me and my sister have planned loads of cool stuff to do later on in the year this week. We bought tickets to three comedy shows (Jimmy Carr, Reginald D Hunter and Jason Mansford) and we are going to a play at the beginning of April. Loads of (un-food related) things to look forward to!
